Prepare a customer handoff packet from completed-job details you authorize. Each packet includes supplied work and equipment details, an invoice reference when configured, a general warranty reminder, and spaces for your approved photos.
$49 once for up to 10 packets
The first five packets are a no-charge review. Payment is due only if you confirm those five are accurate and useful. This is a pilot offer, not a standing or automatic charge.
What you provide
- Five completed-job records first, then up to five more if you continue.
- An authorized Jobber connection or completed-job records in the supported Jobber-shaped format.
- A redacted sample and field mapping to confirm the packet fits your workflow.
- Customer-approved photos, if you want to replace the photo spaces.
What you receive
A PDF and Markdown handoff packet for each job, using the details supplied in the record. Missing information is marked “uncertain — please check.” Photos are not embedded automatically.
Your responsibilities
Authorize access to any job records, check each packet against its source, approve it before sharing, and confirm the customer and equipment details. You remain responsible for deciding what to tell the customer and for any signature or filing.
Limits
This packet does not certify workmanship, code compliance, safety, warranty coverage, registration eligibility, or a warranty deadline. No manufacturer registration is submitted. This is not legal advice.
