Pilot files

The pilot descriptions explain what files each service uses and where processing happens. The job-closeout and FBA prototypes describe local processing; other pilots use customer-provided source material as described on their offer pages.

Do not send credentials by email. Before sharing customer or business records, agree on the permitted files, handling, and deletion terms for that pilot.

Email

If you email the business, your message will be available to the sender and recipient through their email providers. Do not include account passwords or confidential files in an initial inquiry.

Google and YouTube data (internal upload tool)

Anderson Factory (Anderson Education LLC) runs an internal tool that uploads short videos to YouTube channels it owns and operates. It is not offered to the public, and only the channel owner signs in to it.

What it accesses: with the owner's permission through Google sign-in, it uses the YouTube Data API to read the signed-in channel's basic details (channel name and ID, and view counts of its own uploads) and to upload videos to that channel.

How it is used and stored: this data is used only to upload the owner's videos, check that each upload went to the right channel, and pause a channel if its uploads stop performing. Sign-in tokens and upload records are stored only on the owner's own computer. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Removal: access can be revoked at any time at Google account permissions; local tokens and records are deleted on request or when the tool is retired.
